The High-Performance Computing Center Stuttgart (HLRS) is offering an online course on Applied AI: Natural Language Processing. The course will run from 21 May to 14 June 2024. The registration deadline is 12 May 2024, but due to high demand, it is recommended that you complete the registration form as soon as possible.
In this course you will acquire basic knowledge of various Natural Language Processing (NLP) topics: speech recognition, text generation, topic modeling, sentiment analysis, semantic search, text summarization, next word prediction, chatbots and transformers. In addition to key NLP techniques such as word embedding and LLM (Large Language Models) fine-tuning. The theoretical knowledge in this course is deepened through practical exercises. For this purpose, different datasets are used to represent different business areas, such as healthcare, customer service, e-commerce, etc.
This course provides you with an HPC platform for running Python codes using the HLRS training cluster. All algorithms and practical exercises are implemented in Python, which offers a wide range of libraries to support AI applications. The course is also a good opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas with participants and lecturers.
