National Competence Centers for HPC in Slovakia, Austria, Czechia, and Hungary, along with BioExcel – Centre of Excellence in HPC, are organizing a one-and-a-half-day workshop focused on the GROMACS and HADDOCK software packages on 18 – 19 October 2023. The workshop is being organized both in-person and online, in a hybrid format, and it will take place in Bratislava, Slovakia.
The event will cover the basic usage and deployment of GPU-accelerated HPC systems, with a focus on core modules for GROMACS such as HADDOCK or PMX developed by BioExcel.
