The exclusive IBM partner event - ReCognize - took place today, 6 June 2023, at the Hilton hotel in Belgrade. This was a unique opportunity to explore the latest developments and trends in the industry, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, cloud computing, and more. The event provided local and international experts with a platform to share their ideas and explore potential collaborations. Dusan Vudragovic from NCC Serbia participated in the event. Through the discussion with Petra Florizoone (IBM Quantum sales Europe, Middle-East and Africa) and Oleg Byakhov (Government and regulatory affairs executive, IBM Europe), they tried to explore opportunities for collaboration in the field of quantum computing.
The ReCognize was opened by Nikola Polić, General Manager of IBM for Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Albania, Mihajlo Jovanović, Minister of Information and Telecommunications in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and Christopher Hill, US Ambassador in Serbia. The lectures of Petra Florizoone about the potential of quantum computing and Maja Vuković's insights on how artificial intelligence can improve services in both private and public sectors garnered significant attention.
