The HiDALGO CoE and NCC Czechia invite you to the online event on Containerization, CI/CD, and Benchmarking Solutions for HPC, scheduled for 24 and 26 March 2025.
This training is designed for individuals involved in containerization, automation, and performance optimization within HPC environments. The program focuses on developing, deploying, and benchmarking HPC applications using DevOps methodologies. Participants will learn how to create containerized environments, automate workflows with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines, and evaluate performance using benchmarking tools.
The course covers Docker, Singularity/Apptainer, GitHub Actions, GitLab Runners, JacamarCI, and benchmarking with reframe-hpc and feelpp.benchmarking. Hands-on exercises will enable attendees to apply their knowledge to real HPC environments, improving workflow efficiency and scalability.
