ENCCS, the EuroCC national competence center in Sweden, is organizing an online workshop titled Julia for High-Performance Data Analysis from 4 February to 7 February 2025. This workshop is aimed at students, researchers, and developers who are familiar with programming languages such as Julia, Python, or R. It is designed for individuals who need to analyze large datasets or perform complex modeling and prefer using a high-level programming language for data science software development.
The workshop will start with an introduction to the syntax and features of Julia. It will then cover methods and libraries that enable high-performance coding. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to analyze large datasets efficiently, understand the core features of Julia, create custom packages, perform linear algebra analyses, and utilize libraries for visualization and machine learning.
