BioExcel CoE, in collaboration with CSC - IT Center for Science and PDC Center for High-Performance Computing, will host a two-day online workshop on efficiently running GROMACS on LUMI on 24-25 January 2024.
This course is designed to provide practical tips on how to run GROMACS simulations efficiently on LUMI-G using AMD GPUs. Participants will learn how to assess and optimize GROMACS performance, as well as gain an overview of LUMI architecture and GROMACS heterogeneous parallelization with a focus on AMD GPUs.
